Brief info
Danny was raised in Orem Utah. He graduated from Timpanogos High School and served an LDS mission in Bilbao Spain and speaks Spanish fluently. He attended Utah Valley University where he graduated with his Bachelor Degree in Speech Communication and Political Science and while there served as a Presidential Intern for the Executive Administration. He graduated from law school at the University of Utah in 2017 and while there he served as the J. Rueben Clark Law Society President of the Student Chapter.
After doing some work in the Personal Injury field, he joined the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association in 2019 and began his career as a criminal defense attorney. In 2023, he began working at the Utah County Public Defender Association and worked there until January of 2026 when he joined the Sitake & Wright Team.
Danny is known for his zealous advocacy and for his exemplary trial work. During his time as a public defender, he handled all types of felony and misdemeanor cases and he was successful in the acquittals of multiple felony cases, and successful in multiple dismissals due to constitutional challenges for 4th amendment violations. In his free time, Danny enjoys movies, traveling, spending time with his wife and children, family, and friends, serving in his church, and is one of the most avid football fans.
